At Mokwheel, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 15 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the return reason.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and mileage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
